Strong collaboration skills with product, architecture, engineering, and business teams. Experience using enterprise-approved AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or similar platforms. Understanding of secure, compliant, and governed use of business applications and data. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills preferred skills and attributes for this role 7+ years of software engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting experience. Experience deploying AI solutions in a large enterprise environment. Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, automation frameworks, data integration, or low-code/no-code AI platforms. Experience coaching engineering teams on AI adoption and best practices. Healthcare, insurance, or regulated-industry experience. Experience working with US-based leadership and distributed engineering teams.
