100% REMOTE Attorney (Product or Lemon law)

- Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
- Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy recommendations
- Representing automobile manufacturers, distributors, and authorized dealerships against consumer claims involving defective vehicles, warranty breaches, and buyback demands
Experience required:
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- Experience in any civil litigation practice area (general liability or civil defense or personal injury or medical malpractice or insurance defense or employment law).
Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $250,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
