100% Remote, Oracle Developer (Pl/SQL & APEX) - Only W2

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience developing in Oracle PL/SQL, including:
• Stored procedures
• Functions
• Packages
• Advanced queries
• 5–7 years of experience developing applications using Oracle APEX.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle RDBMS (Oracle 19c preferred).
• Strong experience using SQL Developer and/or TOAD.
• Understanding of data modeling principles.
• Experience integrating web services.
• Experience with performance tuning, debugging, and testing SQL queries, views, and stored procedures in Oracle (and SQL Server).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Prior Commonwealth or Environmental systems experience (preferred but not required).
• Experience modernizing legacy Oracle Forms applications.
• Exposure to:
• XML
• HTML
• Web Services
• Java
• PL/SQL APIs
• SOA architecture
• Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Strong understanding of Oracle 19c database features.
