You'll operate under our authority and infrastructure while keeping control of your schedule and your business. You manage your freight cradle to grave, backed by our tools, carrier network, and infrastructure. What We Provide

• Quoting tools built to help you move faster and close more business

Compensation

• Independent contractor (1099), commission-only
• 60/40 split: you keep 60% of the gross margin on your loads
• Paid weekly based on the prior week's invoiced and billed loads
• No earnings cap

Who We're Looking For

• Active experience as a freight broker or freight agent
• A track record of building and keeping strong customer relationships
• Comfortable running your own business in a remote, commission-based setup
• No minimum book size required

About MyFreightWorld MyFreightWorld Carrier Management is a Kansas City-based freight brokerage with offices in Overland Park, KS and West Palm Beach, FL. For over two decades, we've helped manufacturers, distributors, and retailers across North America move their freight, including FTL, LTL, dry van, reefer, flatbed, drayage, intermodal, and oversized loads. Locations This role is remote and open nationwide. Prefer working in office instead? We also have full-time openings at our Overland Park, KS and West Palm Beach, FL offices.   W-2 Option Prefer a salaried role instead? We also offer a W-2 Account Executive position with a base salary plus tiered commission. Ask us about it when you apply.
