2 D AutoCAD drafting

I need an AutoCAD drafting technician to convert a completed, fully dimensioned residential landscape design brief into a standard two-sheet 2D vector CAD plan set for an HOA submittal in Irvine, California. All dimensions, spatial layouts, setbacks, material callouts, drainage runs, and plant palettes are 100% resolved on an attached concept board. No design work or engineering calculations are required—strictly 2D CAD conversion. Deliverables: - Clean 2D AutoCAD source file (.DWG) and plotted vector PDF at standard 1/8" = 1'-0" scale. - Sheet L-1 (Front Yard): 2D top-down plot plan. Draw 8'-6" entry stairs (max 3 risers), continuous 30" in-ground foundation planting zone with 5-gal shrubs at 30" O.C. (no flatwork under window), two 24" box Olea europaea trees set back 3'-0" minimum from property lines and sidewalks with linear root barriers, and dimension lines. - Sheet L-2 (Backyard & Drainage): 2D top-down plot plan. Draw paver patio with two 10' x 10' elevated plinths capped at max 12" height above finish grade, 3'-0" perimeter landscape buffers, area drains tied to builder stubs, and empty conduit sleeves. - Sheet Border / Notes: Copy-paste the plant legend and verbatim Community Standard General Notes from the attached HOA reviewer redline sheet directly onto the drawing borders.
