REMOTE - 3 Positions PEGA CDH Consultant / PEGA LSA/CSSA with CDH /PEGA Data Scientist with Marketing experience /Marketing Research Analysts with Banking experience 1) 5-6 years of experience in PEGA and Customer Decisioning solutions. Hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH). Pega Decisioning Consultant Certification preferred. Configure and support Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) 2) PEGA Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) or CSSA. 10+ years of PEGA implementation experience with enterprise-scale applications. 3+ years of hands-on experience in PEGA Customer Decision Hub (CDH). Strong expertise in: o Next-Best-Action Designer o Strategies & Arbitration o Engagement Policies o Adaptive & Predictive Analytics o Customer Journeys o Decision Tables & Rule Management 3) PEGA CDH / Decisioning implementation experience. Strong background in Data Science, Marketing Analytics. Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Credit Card domains. Hands-on expertise with predictive modeling, customer segmentation, and campaign analytics. Strong SQL and data analysis skills; experience with Python, R, or analytical tools is preferred. Excellent stakeholder communication and business consulting skills. PEGA Decisioning Consultant Certification, Certified Pega Data Scientist is preferred
