What You’ll Do
- Consult with individuals and families on ACA marketplace plans
- Guide clients through eligibility, plan options, and enrollment
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls using provided leads
- Maintain compliance with ACA guidelines and carrier requirements
- Manage your pipeline, follow up promptly, and close enrollments
What You Need
- Active 2-15 or 2-40 Insurance License (minimum of 7 active states)
- 2027 FFM Certification
- At least 1 year of sales or insurance experience
- Strong communication and persuasive speaking skills
- Professional remote work setup and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of discipline, competitiveness, and goal-driven work ethic

- Windows i5 quad-core or Apple 2022+ (M3 recommended)
- 12GB+ RAM & Chrome browser compatibility
- Hard-wired Ethernet (no Wi-Fi)
