This is a Fully Remote Job About Our Client: Private Health Management operates in the healthcare advocacy space, addressing the complexity and challenges patients face during serious medical care such as cancer treatment. The organization serves as an independent advocate and partner to patients and physicians, aiming to coordinate optimal treatment and support that leads to measurable improvements in outcomes. About the Opportunity: The ACCOUNT COORDINATOR supports the Account Management team by handling administrative and transactional tasks to increase the team's capacity for strategic planning and client relationship management. This role also involves managing smaller client accounts and maintaining accurate and timely execution, contributing to the organization's growth and client satisfaction. Responsibilities: Manage administrative and transactional tasks to support Account Executives. Prepare for recurring account activities including meetings and renewals. Provide direct support to smaller revenue-generating clients. Maintain and improve Salesforce data quality and reporting. Collaborate with various systems such as Sigma, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office 365, and Zoom. Learn and adapt to evolving processes and role expectations. Requirements: Strong organizational skills managing multiple priorities. Proactive and clear communication. Ability to work effectively amidst ambiguity and learn quickly. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Experience or exposure to benefits, insurance, or digital health is a plus. Pay Range and Compensation Package: Target base salary: $75,000 - $95,000. Benefits & Perks: Health, dental, and vision insurance. Annual cash incentive program. 401(k) with company match.
