The Pay Range, which consists of salary and commission, for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Complex Total Rewards offerings for employees. What You'll Do

Meet or exceed revenue goals on a quarterly/annual basis

Maintain a strong knowledge of Complex's advertising products and solutions

Prospect and close new account business and build existing account relationships

Work across all departments to ensure that programs are executed in full

Create and deliver weekly sales reports to management

Who You Are

5+ years direct Online Video (FAST/CTV) advertising sales experience

5+ years of digital media experience

Strong relationships with Chicago based media agencies and client-side teams

Experience using data backed insights to deliver client marketing objectives

Exceptional communication and relationship building skills

Strong track record of success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting, creating new business and growing and retaining existing business

Well-organized, with strict attention to detail and proactive approach to problem solving

Ability to thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, high growth, entrepreneurial environment

Willingness to travel as necessary
