Account Executive, HELP

For our client, we are seeking a Account Executive, HELP to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space. This role will own strategic relationships across early childhood and early intervention customers, with a focus on retention, expansion, and new business growth. The position blends account management, upsell execution, and pipeline development in a mission-driven environment. You will also help guide customers through product adoption and represent the organization at industry events that support awareness and growth. Location: Remote Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 annually

Responsibilities

Manage relationships with existing customers, including Early Intervention and Early Head Start programs Develop and execute account plans for retention and upsell Lead customer transitions from print to the company's digital solution Identify and pursue upsell opportunities for training and certification Track account health metrics and report on renewal rates Drive new business development through lead generation and sales funnel management Represent the organization at key sector events and conferences

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Early Intervention, Child Development, Business, or a related field preferred 5+ years of experience in Early Intervention, Early Childhood Education, or related fields Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust with customers Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results and revenue targets Understanding of the Early Intervention and early childhood service delivery landscape Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems, with SaaS experience a plus
