Account Manager
About the role You will be the main contact for a group of our clients after they sign with us. You will run regular check-ins, track what we promised and what we delivered, and raise problems early. You will work closely with our project leads and consultants, and with our sales team on renewals and new work. Our clients are mostly US companies that run data and AI projects on platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce, Informatica, Reltio, and Anaplan. You do not need to be an engineer, but you need to be comfortable talking about data projects. You will be employed by Anders Sutantra Consulting Pvt Ltd, Datagist's company in India, and work from home. You will need several hours of overlap with US Eastern time on most days, as most of your calls will be with US clients. What you will do Own the relationship with a set of clients after the contract is signed Run kickoff, weekly or monthly check-ins, and quarterly reviews Track project health, scope, hours, and invoices, and raise risks early Gather client feedback and make sure the team acts on it Work with project leads to fix problems before they become escalations Spot chances for follow-on work and bring them to the sales team Keep client notes, contacts, and status up to date in our CRM What we look for Five or more years in customer success, account management, or client delivery at an IT services, consulting, or software company Experience managing US clients Comfortable discussing data, analytics, or cloud projects with technical and business people Organized: you track many clients and follow up without being reminded Excellent written and spoken English Comfortable working US Eastern hours for part of the day Nice to have Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce, or other data platforms Experience with a CRM such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce Experience with renewals and upsell targets Project management experience or certification Datagist is an equal opportunity employer.
