Account Specialist

Position: Account Opening Specialist Location: 100% remote Duration: 12 month contract to hire Pay Rate : $35-40/hour Start Date: November 9th Must Haves: 3+ years of account opening experience within Wealth Management, Private Banking, Trust, or Investment Operations. Strong understanding of: Trust and investment account onboarding Asset transfers and funding Wealth operations processes Bachelor's degree Experience with: SEI SWP platform Salesforce Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Client-first mindset with a focus on operational excellence. Day to Day: Our client is seeking an experienced Wealth Account Opening professional to join the Private Banking Operations team. Key Responsibilities: Manage and support the end-to-end onboarding and account opening process for Wealth Management and Private Banking clients. Serve as a subject matter expert on: Trust accounts Investment accounts Asset transfers Funding processes Contra firm transfers New account onboarding Work closely alongside the current manager to gain knowledge and eventually serve as a potential successor. Drive operational efficiency and improve client experience. Support teams through periods of high account volume and changing business priorities. Help navigate and support upcoming technology initiatives, including implementation of Appian workflow automation.
