URGENT: Accountant Needed – QuickBooks & Trial Balance Reconciliation We are urgently seeking an experienced accountant with strong QuickBooks skills and a proven track record in trial balance reconciliations and accounting system migrations. Key Responsibilities: Reconcile and tie out subsidiary ledgers to the general ledger. Reconcile one trial balance to another during an accounting system migration. Identify, research, and resolve discrepancies between source and target systems. Validate account balances, journal entries, and general ledger activity. Investigate variances and ensure the accuracy and completeness of migrated financial data. Provide clear documentation of reconciliation results and outstanding differences. Required Qualifications: Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks. Hands-on experience with trial balance tie-outs and general ledger reconciliations. Experience with accounting system conversions, data migrations, or opening balance validation. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to start immediately and work under a tight deadline.
