Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Accounting Support Specialist. The Accounting Support Specialist will handle day-to-day financial processes, including: Reconcile accounts payable and receivable Monitor and document employee financial transactions and expenses Log, monitor, and produce financial reports Provide client service professionally for requests via phone and email Maintain prompt and regular attendance on the job Must be able to work hours beyond regular scheduled work week as necessary Perform all duties with a positive attitude and contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications

Relevant Associates Degree at minimum required 2 years of administrative experience minimum preferred Intermediate Quickbooks experience preferred Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, general knowledge of PC software, concepts and techniques required Effective written and verbal communication skills Able to pay great attention to details Initiative to learn new skills, improve current skills or take on additional responsibilities Able to communicate with all levels of staff and management Able to meet strict deadlines Time management and excellent organizational skills
