Accounts Payable Specialist Company: PV Measurements Inc. Location: Aurora, Colorado Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week Pay Range: $25–$29 per hour About PV Measurements Inc. PV Measurements Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Aurora, Colorado. We are looking for an organized professional who can manage invoice processing, vendor payments, account reconciliations, and day-to-day accounts payable activities. The ideal candidate is responsible, accurate, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and proper approval. Enter invoices and payment information into the accounting system. Match purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents. Prepare and process vendor payments in a timely manner. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies. Maintain accurate accounts payable records and documentation. Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, payment status, and account questions. Assist with month-end closing and accounts payable reporting. Maintain organized financial files and support general accounting activities. Follow company policies and accounting procedures. Qualifications 2+ years of accounts payable or accounting experience preferred. Knowledge of invoice processing, vendor payments, and account reconciliation. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills. Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks. High school diploma or equivalent required; accounting education is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: $25–$29 per hour, depending on experience. Full-time position with 40 hours per week. Consistent Monday–Friday schedule. Opportunity to grow professionally.
