Position: Activation Planning Manager Location: Primarily remote with travel to project assignment as needed Full Time; 1st shift Major Responsibilities: - Works to operationalize new physical environments. - Manages and collaborates with Operations Improvement and project teams to create and test future state work flows that are consistent with the intended vision, culture, technologies, best practices and physical design. - Focuses on optimization of patient flows within and between departments, care model integration, communication, key work flows & processes, education & training, and standardization of the care environment. - Works across multidisciplinary teams to ensure partnership & collaboration. - Manages post occupancy evaluations in collaboration with department directors
