Eastern University invites applications for an Adjunct Instructor of Artificial Intelligence for Growth role. The instructor is committed to excellence in teaching and maintains academic and practical competence in the Artificial Intelligence, Marketing, and Business Strategy Fields. This position is remote. Course description: This course equips students to manage AI capabilities in their organization to accelerate customer-centric growth. Students will examine AI-driven tools and martech techniques that enable businesses to identify market gaps, personalize experiences, understand customer behavior, and foster innovation through growth loops, data flywheels, value creation networks, and ROI frameworks. Marketing tasks such as customer segmentation, predictive analytics, content creation, and product development will be explored through case studies, hands-on experiences, and other practical exercises culminating in a final AI-enabled growth plan. Students will learn to leverage AI for strategic growth while maintaining ethical standards and data privacy.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred applicants will have an MBA, DBA., or Ph.D. in artificial intelligence, marketing, or a closely related field, and teaching experience at the college/university level.

Affiliate faculty receive a benefit package as outlined with their covenant.  Adjunct faculty may be eligible for medical coverage under the ACA after an annual one year lookback review. Part-time staff who are scheduled to work less than 30 hours per week schedule are eligible for employer contribution towards the retirement plan after one year of employment. Eligibility rules apply. Adjunct faculty may make employee deferral contributions towards the retirement plan.   Part-Time Graduate Assistant Coaches are eligible for participation in the Tuition Remission Coaches Program. Temporary, Contractors and Seasonal Employees: Individuals in this status are scheduled on an as-needed-basis and are not eligible for participation in the University’s benefits programs.
