Adoption Stabilization & Preservation Specialist

Apply Job Type Full-time Description - Average hourly rate is $19.23 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.) - We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field who are passionate about supporting children and families. - Previous experience in adoption services, adoption preservation, or related family support work is preferred. However, if you are eager to learn and committed to making a difference, we will provide the training and support necessary for success. A Day in The Life as an Adoption Stabilization & Preservation Specialist - As an Adoption Stabilization & Preservation Specialist, you will work with children and families to help ensure that children can safely thrive in their home environments. - You will teach skills such as emotion regulation, having healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and healthy communication within families among other things. - Specialists will work together with families to create a safe, stable, flexible and comfortable environment for all the family members.
