ADP GlobalView Payroll Implementation Lead

Position: ADP GlobalView Payroll Implementation Lead Location: Remote Experience: 15+ Years Job Description: We are looking for an experienced ADP GlobalView Payroll Implementation Lead to lead end-to-end payroll implementation activities for the US and Canada. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end functional and technical requirements delivery for ADP GlobalView payroll implementation. Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and HRIS teams to gather and document requirements. Review and validate technical design documents, integration specifications, and configuration documents. Coordinate with implementation vendors to ensure alignment with business requirements. Support payroll integrations, system integration testing, defect triage, and requirements traceability. Ensure payroll system design aligns with US and Canadian payroll processes and compliance requirements. Provide implementation support throughout the project lifecycle. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 15+ years of experience supporting payroll or HR systems implementations. Strong hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView. Experience in functional and technical requirements gathering, solution validation, and vendor management. Good understanding of US and Canadian payroll processes. Preferred Qualifications: Experience integrating ADP GlobalView with SAP SuccessFactors. Strong knowledge of payroll integrations, data mapping, and technical documentation.
