What you’ll do Conduct telehealth consultations and follow-up visits Review and interpret comprehensive lab and biomarker panels Design and adjust individualized protocols across hormone optimization, metabolic health and weight management (including GLP-1 therapy), peptide therapy, sexual health, and recovery Educate patients on their results and their options, clearly and confidently Track progress through repeat labs and adjust care over time Collaborate with our Medical Director and care team on cases and protocol development Maintain accurate documentation and uphold regulatory, safety, and ethical standards What you bring Active, unrestricted NP license and national board certification (FNP or AGNP) Licenses in multiple states are a strong plus Experience in hormone therapy, men’s or women’s health, functional or integrative medicine, metabolic health, or primary care Comfort interpreting complex lab data and building individualized plans Excellent communication; you can explain an estradiol level or a thyroid panel in plain language Self-directed, organized, and comfortable with telehealth workflows Curiosity and a genuine belief that people can feel better than “normal”
Compensation
Depends on experience and role of part-time or full-time About Elevate Elevate Wellness (Elevate Chicago) is a physician-led health-optimization practice licensed in all 50 states. Every client starts with a 65-biomarker baseline panel at Quest Diagnostics, a physician video visit, and a personalized protocol, with ongoing labs and adjustments so care evolves over time. We partner with FDA-registered compounding pharmacies and hold ourselves to a high standard of transparency and clinical quality.
