Adventure / Travel YouTube Editor – Long-Form – DaVinci Resolve Looking for a long-form YouTube editor to help turn an existing backlog of solo adventure/bikepacking footage into an ongoing cinematic travel series. The footage is already captured and includes riding footage, drone footage, landscapes and local interactions across Asia. I’m looking for an editor with strong storytelling instincts, not simply someone to assemble clips. I want someone who can take a broadly organised DaVinci Resolve project and run with it creatively; identifying the story, removing what isn't needed, developing pacing, selecting music, adding sound design and using maps/graphics where they genuinely help the viewer understand the journey. The intended style sits somewhere between: Travel vlog × adventure film × mini-documentary Authenticity and story come before flashy effects. I will provide the footage, DaVinci project/archive, episode context, previous videos and title/thumbnail direction. Can provide licensed SFX and preferred copyright free soundtrack gene Initial engagement: one paid trial episode. Storytelling, pacing, music and sound design will be weighted more heavily than motion graphics. I'm particularly interested in an editor who wants to learn the channel's style over the first few videos and progressively take greater ownership of the edit.
