Advisor, Manufacturing Technology Engineer - Packaging

Job Purpose and Impact - The Advisor, Manufacturing Technology Engineer – Packaging will serve as the business technical authority for packaging manufacturing technologies across Cargill Animal Nutrition & Health global operations. - This role will develop globally aligned processes, design standards, and governance frameworks as well as define the strategic roadmap for how packaging technologies will enable the ANH business strategy. - In this role, you will provide subject matter expertise across packaging systems and processes, including material handling, filling, weighing, sealing, palletizing, and packaging materials. Key Accountabilities - Develop and govern global design standards across packaging equipment, materials, and processes. - Translate global requirements into practical engineering and operating standards for implementation across sites, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and performance expectations. - Own packaging machine-safety requirements for new and existing equipment. - Embed safety into specifications, design reviews, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test) and commissioning. - Support EHS on packaging-related
