The platform that solves staffing for home-based care will sit at the center of a large, consolidating market. AccrediMatch is a technology-enabled healthcare staffing platform that connects home health agencies and healthcare organizations with credential-verified nurses and care professionals. Identity, background, licensure, and required training are verified before a professional is matched. Matching, scheduling, payments, and communication are then automated end to end. The model is asset-light, two-sided, and compliance-native, with network effects that compound as verified supply and agency demand grow in each market. AccrediMatch is led by CEO Thomas Wheat, a healthcare operator on his third venture. Thomas founded Pediatric Home Healthcare and scaled it to $1.5 million in weekly revenue before selling to a strategic acquirer in 2024. He also served in a board role with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. We are looking for private equity and growth leaders who can: Advise on how home health operators and their sponsors evaluate staffing partners Guide capital strategy, seed round positioning, and the path to institutional financing Advise on enterprise relationships with private equity-backed provider platforms Pressure-test the growth plan, unit economics, and long-term exit paths Share perspective on what makes a healthcare services or healthtech company attractive to acquirers Make introductions to portfolio companies, operating partners, strategic acquirers, and capital sources APPLY IF YOU ARE... A partner, principal, or operating partner at a private equity or growth equity firm focused on healthcare services, staffing, or healthtech A CEO or C-suite executive who led a private equity-backed healthcare company through growth and a successful exit A founder or CEO who has founded, scaled, and sold a healthcare company to a private equity or strategic buyer A family office or corporate development leader focused on healthcare services or healthcare technology Experience with home health, post-acute, or healthcare staffing transactions is a strong plus.
