Key Responsibilities
Manage daily after-sales service operations and coordinate the resolution of customer issues. Provide hands-on technical guidance for equipment troubleshooting, commissioning, maintenance, and repairs. Build and lead a small service team, working closely with the After-Sales Engineer. Coordinate with headquarters, engineering, sales, and project teams to resolve technical issues. Establish service processes, maintain service records, and improve response times and service quality. Develop the team’s capabilities to support customers across the United States.
Qualifications
Extensive hands-on after-sales or technical service experience in our industry or a closely related equipment or automation field. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex equipment issues. Strong spoken and written Chinese and English. Engineering-related technical or vocational education, or equivalent practical experience. Strong professionalism, sound judgment, and clear communication. Ability to manage priorities, coordinate resources, and take ownership of service outcomes. Based in, or willing to relocate to, Los Angeles.
