## About the Role Superior Executive & Legal Recruiting is conducting an exclusive search for a high-volume business in the legal industry seeking to leverage AI and automation to streamline complex workflows, optimize operations, and accelerate growth. The company is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer (Consultant) to assess existing processes, identify high-impact AI opportunities, and design, build, deploy, and implement a firm-wide AI strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, this consultant will focus on improving productivity, driving innovation, and enhancing service delivery through practical AI and automation solutions. This is a fully remote contractor/consultant opportunity. ## Key Responsibilities Evaluate existing workflows across legal and business operations to identify high-impact automation opportunities. Assess processes and recommend practical applications of AI and automation. Develop a comprehensive AI roadmap covering recommended tools, AI agents, and implementation priorities. Design and build AI-driven solutions for: Client intake Document review Case management Communications Billing Other core business processes Deploy and implement AI-powered workflows and automation solutions across the organization. Architect custom AI workflows, integrations, and automation solutions that can scale across the firm. Integrate AI capabilities into existing business and legal workflows. Lead AI training and adoption initiatives. Establish and support AI governance processes. Lead change-management efforts associated with AI implementation. Measure the impact of implemented AI solutions and deliver measurable business results. Provide recommendations for future AI development and automation opportunities. Work directly with executive leadership, including the CEO, to align AI strategy with business objectives. ## Required Qualifications Proven experience implementing AI and automation solutions in legal, professional services, or similar business environments. Strong expertise with AI agents and LLM integrations. Experience working with AI and automation platforms such as: LangChain n8n Make Zapier Comparable AI or workflow automation platforms Experience building or deploying MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers. Strong process improvement skills. Strong executive communication skills. Experience leading change-management initiatives. Ability to assess complex business processes and translate opportunities into practical AI solutions. Ability to design, implement, and scale AI-powered workflows and integrations. ## Preferred Qualifications Litigation experience. Legal technology experience.
