Position Summary We are seeking an experienced QA Test Architect (AI/GenAI) with strong expertise in Healthcare Payer, Medicaid, and Medicare programs. This role will lead the design and implementation of next-generation AI-powered testing solutions, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and advanced test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA Architecture, Test Automation, Artificial Intelligence, and Healthcare domain knowledge, with hands-on experience delivering scalable testing solutions in regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement enterprise-wide QA and Test Automation strategies for Healthcare and Medicaid programs. Design and develop AI-driven testing frameworks utilizing LLMs, Agentic AI, and RAG technologies. Build automated solutions for test case generation, test data creation, defect prediction, and regression testing. Architect scalable test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and API testing platforms. Establish quality controls and validation mechanisms for AI-generated test artifacts. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and development teams to ensure test coverage and quality objectives are achieved. Lead testing initiatives across Medicaid, Medicare, Claims, Provider, Member, Enrollment, and Care Management platforms. Ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of test data, including PHI/PII governance and data masking strategies. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to QA Automation and AI engineering teams. Drive adoption of AI-assisted testing across large healthcare transformation programs.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation. 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/GenAI technologies. Experience designing and implementing AI-powered testing solutions. Strong experience with LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms. Hands-on experience with RAG, Vector Databases, Embeddings, and Semantic Search. Proficiency in Python development. Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms. Strong knowledge of Test Automation frameworks and best practices. Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience leading QA teams and enterprise testing initiatives. Healthcare Domain Requirements Extensive Healthcare Payer experience. Strong experience with Medicaid and/or Medicare programs. Knowledge of Claims, Provider, Enrollment, Eligibility, Benefits, and Care Management systems. Hands-on experience working with HIPAA, PHI, and PII data. Experience supporting State Healthcare and Medicaid modernization projects is highly preferred.
