AI Trust, Safety & Content Operations Moderator
Role Overview: Audit, evaluate, and classify user-generated media, LLM prompt outputs, and social content utilizing ActiveFence, internal queue tools, and AI safety heuristics to maintain digital platform integrity. Key Daily Responsibilities:
- Evaluate text, image, and video submissions against strict digital trust, safety, and community policies.
- Audit LLM prompt outputs, identify hallucinations, and tag edge-case safety violations using toxicity filtering rules.
- Escalate high-severity trust incidents to legal and specialized policy investigation units with clear evidence logs.
- Audit automated filter precision and provide corrective labeling to improve machine learning safety models.
- Engage with company-sponsored psychological wellness counseling and clinical resilience programs.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience Rubric:
- 6 to 12 months of foundational experience in content moderation, digital operations, data review, or trust & safety workflows (Open to ambitious candidates with demonstrated problem-solving aptitude).
- High School Diploma or Secondary School Equivalent.
- High emotional resilience, objective critical thinking, and strict adherence to policy rubrics.
- Working technical English comprehension for reading guidelines and logging audit entries.
