AMR Technical Support Engineer – Polish & Mandarin Speaking
- Provide technical support for AMR/AGV and warehouse automation systems, including installation, configuration, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Deliver onsite and remote technical assistance to customers, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Support system testing, performance verification, and customer acceptance activities to ensure smooth deployment and operation.
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to understand technical issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Project Delivery teams to resolve complex technical problems and improve system reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and training to customers on system operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, service reports, troubleshooting records, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate closely with local and China-based technical teams to ensure efficient communication and timely issue resolution.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in technical support, field service, industrial automation, robotics, or a related technical field.
- Good understanding of AMR/AGV systems, warehouse automation, and basic electrical, mechanical, and software troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience in equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, or technical problem-solving.
- Familiarity with industrial communication networks, PLC systems, Linux, or Python is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-oriented mindset and good communication abilities.
- Able to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams in an international environment, with willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
- Fluent in Polish and Mandarin, with good working proficiency in English.
