Role Description The Animation Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting Collective Minds Inc.’s digital media and promotional content. The intern will assist in creating short animated segments and motion graphics for social media, app features, and promotional materials. Daily tasks may include developing simple storyboards, designing animated graphics for the “Are They Hooping” app and related campaigns, and collaborating with designers, marketers, and content producers to refine visual concepts. The Animation Intern will also help adapt existing assets into engaging animations for the website, blog, and podcast promotions, while receiving feedback and mentorship to build practical industry skills.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in 3D Animation and/or 2D Animation for creating engaging visual content. Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for digital media, social posts, and app interfaces. Candidates should possess skills in Storyboarding to plan sequences and communicate visual ideas clearly. Basic proficiency AND ACCESS to industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Maya, Blendr, or similar) are examples but one tool is required
