App Testers, Product Testers & Search Quality Evaluators. Remote AI Project We are seeking active Food Delivery App Users, Product Testers, Search Quality Evaluators, and Digital Product Reviewers to contribute to a remote AI project focused on food delivery, restaurant discovery, grocery ordering, search relevance, and user behavior. You will use your real experience with food delivery apps to create realistic search scenarios, evaluate recommendations, review user journeys, and provide structured feedback on app quality and relevance. What You’ll Do Create authentic food, restaurant, grocery, cuisine, and delivery-related search intents. Document user journeys from search and discovery through restaurant selection and ordering. Evaluate whether search results accurately match a user’s intent. Assess restaurant recommendations, food suggestions, filters, rankings, and personalized results. Identify irrelevant, repetitive, misleading, or inconsistent recommendations. Create realistic queries designed to test how well AI systems understand food delivery behavior. Review app interactions and provide structured feedback on usability and search quality. Identify confusing workflows, missing information, or inconsistent platform behavior. Stay familiar with current food delivery features, restaurant discovery experiences, and ordering workflows. Who Can Apply Relevant backgrounds include Frequent Food Delivery App Users, Grocery Delivery App Users, and Online Restaurant Ordering Users. We also welcome Product Testers, App Testers, User Experience Testers, Beta Testers, and Digital Product Reviewers. Search and evaluation backgrounds may include Search Quality Raters, Relevance Evaluators, Recommendation Reviewers, Content Evaluators, and Data Annotators. UX backgrounds may include UX Researchers, User Researchers, Product Researchers, Usability Testers, and Customer Experience Professionals. Digital product backgrounds may include Product Operations Specialists, Customer Support Professionals, Marketplace Operations Specialists, and Consumer App Specialists. Additional relevant backgrounds include AI Evaluators, Human Data Contributors, App Reviewers, and detail-oriented users who frequently use restaurant or grocery delivery platforms.

Requirements

Active user of one or more food delivery apps with documented order history. Strong familiarity with restaurant discovery and food delivery workflows. Comfortable using food delivery apps on smartphones or desktop platforms. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to provide constructive feedback. Ability to follow structured evaluation instructions consistently. Comfortable creating realistic search queries and explaining user intent. Strong time management and ability to work independently. Comfortable participating in a remote project environment. Preferred Background Frequent use of multiple food delivery or grocery delivery platforms. Experience with beta testing, app testing, usability testing, or user research. Experience evaluating search results, recommendations, or digital marketplace content. Background or interest in UX, product research, AI evaluation, or digital product feedback. Experience with restaurant discovery, grocery ordering, or consumer marketplace apps. Experience writing structured feedback or documenting digital user journeys.
