Primary Duties Spot recurring support issues that may indicate a documentation, training, or system problem. Refresh knowledge articles or support notes when a repeatable solution is confirmed. Examine incoming application-support requests and gather the information needed to reproduce the issue. Complete documented troubleshooting steps and record observations, errors, and attempted resolutions. Address routine issues within approved procedures and escalate defects or complex problems with complete context. Ensure accurate ticket status, user communication, and resolution notes. Candidate Qualifications Good writing skills, reliable documentation habits, and careful review of details. Sound organization, careful adherence to procedures, and the judgment to request missing details. Ability to manage individual responsibilities while coordinating through shared online tools.
