Applied AI Lead

Leading the delivery of complex AI engagements, the full-time Applied AI Lead will work remotely to connect AI solutions with broader business transformations, translate opportunities into working products, and manage client relationships while guiding cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Connect AI initiatives to overall business strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals and operational changes Translate user problems into AI opportunities, leading product discovery and shaping AI solutions from concept to deployment Oversee the day-to-day delivery of AI projects, maintaining high standards and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in consulting, product development, or related fields Hands-on experience in developing AI products or solutions, from problem definition to deployment Proven ability to lead significant workstreams in strategy or transformation projects Experience with business transformation processes necessary for successful AI implementation Strong capability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and translate business needs into technical solutions Experience: 3 years required
