Appointment Coordinator - No Experience Required -$95,000
Mid-morning, your outreach block begins. You open your contact list, check which prospects are due for a follow-up call, and start dialing. Between calls, you confirm tomorrow's appointments and send reminders to clients already on the calendar. This contractor role offers training, ongoing support, and income potential tied to performance. Your work centers on keeping a licensed agent's schedule full and organized. You are the first point of contact for many prospects, and what you do directly affects how many people receive guidance on their benefits. Core responsibilities: Place outbound calls and messages to connect prospects with licensed agents Schedule, confirm, and reschedule client appointments accurately Track every contact attempt and outcome in the team's system Follow up with prospects who missed a call or requested a callback Flag scheduling conflicts or questions for the agent you support You do not need prior insurance experience. Training covers the tools, scripts, and workflows you use from your first week. You work remotely and full-time, collaborating with your team through virtual meetings and messaging platforms. As you develop confidence and product knowledge, there is room to take on greater responsibility. If you are interested in being considered, submit your application and we will follow up.
