We’re hiring: Appointment Setter | Luxxera Work from home · Flexible, as-needed hours · UK and US patients A patient has booked and paid for a consultation on our website. Your job is to make sure they get a confirmed appointment, clear instructions and a warm, professional welcome. Luxxera connects international patients with specialist plastic surgeons. We’re looking for someone confident on the phone, organised and reliable to coordinate consultations with one of our partner surgeons in Greece. What you’ll do Call newly booked patients promptly and confirm their details and availability. Coordinate with the surgeon’s office to secure a consultation time. Manage bookings across UK, US Eastern and Greek time zones. Send clear confirmations and reminders so patients know exactly when and how their consultation will happen. Handle rescheduling, missed appointments and practical questions. Keep accurate records and follow through until each booking is confirmed. Who we’re looking for You have experience in appointment setting, sales or customer service, ideally in private healthcare, aesthetics, luxury hospitality or another service where personal attention matters. You’ll need Excellent spoken and written English. Greek is a bonus but not necessary. A warm, professional phone manner. Strong attention to detail, especially names, dates and time zones. Discretion and empathy when handling personal information. The ability to work independently and follow up without being chased. Your role has a clear boundary: Medical decisions belong between the patient and their doctor. You won’t be recommending procedures or giving medical advice. You’ll help patients get their consultation booked and direct clinical questions to the surgeon. Hours and location This is a work-from-home role with flexible, as-needed hours, rather than a fixed eight-hour shift. Work comes in as patients book, so you’ll need availability to respond promptly and arrange calls with patients in both the UK and US. We work across UK time (GMT/BST) and US Eastern time (EST/EDT), with some UK evening availability needed for US patients. We’ll agree availability and response expectations upfront.
