Appointment Setter – Full Time, Warm Leads

Job Description:

• Handle inbound warm calls from homeowners who requested quotes
• Serve as the first voice for US consumer brands in Financial Services and Home Improvement
• Listen to homeowners and set suitable appointments
• Confirm appointments and optimize for appointments that hold
• Use the provided software and phone system
• Participate in paid training and take live calls with a BGS lead
• Receive coaching and performance reviews every 90 days
• Progress toward BGS team-lead responsibilities

Requirements:

• Comfortable on the phone
• Coachable and receptive to feedback
• Reliable for scheduled shifts
• Wired internet
• Quiet room for working
• Computer and headset
• No prior sales experience required
• Availability for 40–45 hours per week in shifts within the 120-hour operating window
• Must be located in a country supported by the employer; US associates may live in any state
