Associate - Employment (Remote Eligible)

Weber Gallagher has an immediate opening for an experienced attorney to join the Labor and Employment group in our Philadelphia Office. This candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of labor and employment matters as well as some general litigation defense matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The successful applicant must have the following: Have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Have a minimum of two years of experience, preferably defending labor and employment claims Have experience, preferably defending liability claims and handling insurance defense and/or complex litigation Have experience drafting pleadings, answering written discovery, taking depositions and participating in arbitrations/trials Have excellent academic credentials as well as strong research, writing, organization, and analytical skills.
