Associate Therapist

NOW HIRING: Virtual IOP Therapist – Adults Location: Irvine, CA | Remote | Part Time Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM–9:00 PM We are seeking a compassionate and motivated AMFT, APCC or AWS to facilitate virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) groups for adults. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys group therapy and wants to support adults in their mental health and recovery journey through accessible, virtual care.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate engaging, evidence-based virtual group therapy sessions for adults enrolled in the IOP. Support clients in developing coping skills, emotional regulation, and strategies for sustained recovery. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with applicable requirements. Collaborate with the clinical team to support treatment goals and continuity of care. Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical standards.

Qualifications

Active California license as a AMFT, APCC or ASW. Experience or interest in adult mental health, group therapy, or IOP/PHP settings. Strong group facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work consistently Monday to Thursday, 5:00 PM–9:00 PM. Comfortable providing therapy through a virtual platform.
