About the Opportunity: The ATACCAMA SOLUTION ARCHITECT is responsible for leading enterprise-wide master data management (MDM) and data governance programs. This role significantly impacts the organization by defining data strategies, governance frameworks, and operating models while advising senior stakeholders on digital transformation initiatives. The position involves architecting and implementing scalable, integrated master data solutions to enhance data quality and consistency. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end MDM and Data Governance programs from strategy through implementation and support. Define master data strategies, governance frameworks, operating models, and MDM adoption roadmaps. Provide functional and technical architecture and recommend business process improvements. Design and implement master data solutions using Ataccama. Develop comprehensive architecture views across business, information, application, and technology domains. Lead enterprise data integration, quality, and consistency initiatives. Manage stakeholder engagement with senior executives and business leaders. Conduct architecture workshops, presentations, and develop proposals. Advise on MDM, PIM, Data Governance, Data Quality, BI, and digital transformation best practices. Lead onshore and offshore teams, ensuring governance, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and knowledge transfer. Requirements: 7-10+ years of experience in MDM, Data Governance, Data Warehousing, BI, and Enterprise Data Architecture. Proven expertise in MDM architecture and solution delivery. Strong experience with Ataccama MDM and Ataccama ONE including Data Governance and Data Quality. At least 3 years working with MDM platforms such as Ataccama, Informatica, Reltio, or IBM MDM. Experience leading onsite and offshore teams. Bachelor's degree required. Ataccama certification preferred. Pay Range and Compensation Package: The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $109,140 to $197,175.
