About the job We are looking to expand our team of expert consultants with White Collar Defense & Investigations Attorneys for part-time, fully remote work supporting frontier AI research. Projects start at $125–200 USD / hour, and the bracket can be flexible depending on the task. This role includes evaluating and pressure-testing leading AI models on expert-level white collar defense and investigations knowledge, creating and verifying graduate-level problems and worked solutions, and assessing whether AI-generated reasoning meets the standards of a trained white collar attorney. Who We're Looking For You are a practicing attorney with 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Internal Investigations, DOJ and US Attorney Enforcement Defense, SEC and Securities Enforcement Defense, FCPA and Anti-Corruption, False Claims Act and Health Care Fraud, Securities, Commodities, and Financial Fraud Defense, Corporate Compliance Programs and Monitorships, Individual Representation in Government Investigations, Cooperation, Self-Disclosure, and Resolution, or Parallel Proceedings and Congressional Inquiries. Ideal backgrounds include Partners, counsel, and senior associates in the white collar and investigations groups of leading law firms Attorneys at specialist white collar boutiques and regional firms
Minimum Qualifications
Fluent English reading and writing skills Based in the United States JD and currently practicing 5+ years of experience in white collar defense and investigations or a closely related field Deep expertise in at least one of the listed areas
