The team handles complex, high-exposure matters rather than a predominantly low-value volume caseload. What You’ll Actually Do: Defend construction, Labor Law and general-liability claims. Develop case strategy and evaluate liability, damages and risk transfer. Communicate directly with insurers, corporate clients and claims professionals. Requirements: Active New York Bar admission. At least three years of insurance-defense litigation experience. Construction, Labor Law and general-liability experience. Strong drafting, deposition and case-management skills. Stable employment history and strong academic credentials.
