Job Title: Attorney - Law and Motion Location: Los Angeles, CA (fully remote) Experience: 2+ years Work Setup: Fully remote About the Opportunity: Our client is seeking a Law and Motion Attorney to join a well-established plaintiff-side firm in Los Angeles with over 130 staff members. The firm has recovered over $1 billion for injured clients and is known for multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. The firm is hiring several attorneys across its personal injury and employment practices, and about 90% of its clients are Spanish speaking. Key Responsibilities: Handle law and motion work for personal injury, employment, and product liability plaintiff cases Research and draft motions, oppositions, demurrers, discovery motions, and other pleadings Appear at hearings and argue motions Work with trial and litigation attorneys on case strategy and filing deadlines Qualifications: Active California Bar license required 2+ years of litigation experience, with strong legal research and writing skills Salary and Other Compensation: The annual base salary for this position is $120,000 - $250,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. The role is also eligible for a recovery-based bonus.
