Duties and Responsibilities:

• Defend auto, trucking, premises, and casualty claims in New York courts.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Argue motions and arbitrations.
• Second-chair and try cases.

Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):

• JD and active New York bar.
• 3–7 years post-bar insurance defense — current Associate, Counsel, or Partner.
• Depositions taken, and a willingness to try a case.
