This role offers a genuine 50/50 mix of transactional and litigation-focused homeowners association work, hands-on responsibility, and hybrid flexibility for an attorney ready to deepen their Southern California real estate career. Ongoing training, mentorship and courtroom participation emphasize practical skills and sustained professional growth. THE ROLE Handle homeowners association legal matters. Work across real estate contracts. Support litigation arising from HOA disputes. Split time between transactional and litigation work. Integrate with a strong litigation-focused team. REQUIREMENTS Fully Remote Proven HOA and common-interest development background. Real estate experience with HOA-specific issues. Ability to work in Pasadena office 3 days weekly. Preferred: Comfort handling both transactional and litigation assignments. SALARY AND BENEFITS Fully Remote Primary office location in Pasadena, California.
