Non-Equity Audit Partner Location: Anaheim, CA (Relocation Required) Schedule: Hybrid | 3 Days In-Office, 2 Days Remote Firm: Top 200 CPA Firm Compensation: $290,000 - $320,000 Base Salary + 5-10% Bonus A highly respected Top 200 CPA firm in Anaheim is seeking a Non-Equity Audit Partner to join its collaborative and growth-oriented team. Key Responsibilities
Lead audit and assurance engagements for closely held and middle-market businesses Provide strategic guidance to clients on accounting, financial reporting, and internal control matters Review complex financial statements and audit workpapers to ensure quality and compliance Serve as the primary relationship manager for key client accounts Mentor, develop, and oversee audit professionals at all levels Drive business development initiatives and expand the firm's audit practice Collaborate with firm leadership on growth strategies and operational initiatives Industries Served Manufacturing & Distribution Real Estate Agriculture Construction Retail Nonprofit Organizations Professional Services Transportation & Logistics Employee Benefit Plans Closely Held and Family-Owned Businesses
Qualifications
