Responsibilities

Cultivates long-term strategic relationships with organizational funders to secure sponsorships and philanthropic gifts. Works collaboratively and proactively with the reputed company reputed company Chain to develop a lead portfolio and strategy with all vendors to Honor Health. Research and maintain corporate profiles on qualified prospects and donors and define strategic action for each prospect based on data available and supervise its use in solicitation of gifts to reputed company. Work collaboratively with the Foundation stewardship team to develop creative corporate cultivation and sponsorship opportunities with value-added benefits for donors. Ensure benefit fulfillment and event follow-up strategy. Cultivate fundraising opportunities with local businesses and organizations to increase philanthropic revenue. Participates in professional associations as appropriate to stay current and abreast of knowledge and skills required of a professional fund raising associate. Ensures active identification and accomplishment of annual personal development goals. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. EDUCATION Bachelors Required Masters Preferred EXPERIENCE 5 years of experience in a fast-paced high volume development operation with a proven track record of successful relationship building and solicitation. Proven record of directly soliciting and securing five and six figure corporate gifts.
