AWS Devops Engineer (W2/Remote)

Role : AWS DevOps / SRE Engineer Experience: 5+ years Location: Remote (US only) Job type: Contract (US -Onshore) Length of Engagement: 1+ Year Job Description: 5+ years of experience in AWS DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering. Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, CloudFormation, IAM, EC2, Aurora MySQL, CloudWatch, Route 53, and WAF. Expertise in Linux Administration, troubleshooting, and production support. Experience designing and managing GitLab CI/CD pipelines and secrets management. Strong background in incident management, root cause analysis, and system reliability. Experience supporting and modernizing legacy PHP applications and Laravel-based applications. Hands-on software development experience with PHP/Laravel (C#, C++, Ruby on Rails experience is a plus). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities: Own AWS infrastructure, deployments, monitoring, and security. Manage multi-account AWS environments and CI/CD pipelines. Support Aurora databases, networking, and cloud security. Lead incident response and reliability improvements. Collaborate with engineering teams and external vendors.
