B2B Outbound Lead Generation Specialist — Build & Manage Cold Email System for 3D Animation Business

I'm looking for an experienced B2B outbound specialist to build and manage a cold-email lead generation system for my 3D animation business. We create 3D explainer videos for construction and home-service companies, including roofing, pool builders, outdoor living, and HVAC. What You'll Do: Audit my existing Instantly campaigns and results Refine our ICP and identify the best prospects/decision-makers Build highly targeted prospect lists Develop and test cold-email messaging and offers Build and manage campaigns in Instantly Monitor deliverability and campaign performance Continuously test and optimize targeting, messaging, and campaigns Focus on generating qualified sales conversations and opportunities, not generic leads I already have Instantly Hyper Growth, multiple established sending accounts, and historical campaign data. You'll work inside my Instantly account. I'm not looking for someone to simply scrape lists and send emails. I want someone who can understand the business, think strategically, and figure out what is most likely to generate results. The initial focus is cold email. If we establish traction, I'd potentially like to add LinkedIn/Sales Navigator outreach as a second channel. Experience with Instantly, Clay, Apollo, Sales Navigator, and higher-ticket B2B outbound is a strong plus. 30-Day Paid Trial We'll start with a 30-day paid trial. The goal is to determine whether we can build a repeatable outbound system that produces legitimate sales opportunities. If we find traction and work well together, I'd like to continue long-term.
