Verification Specialist Dallas–Fort Worth, TX Join our team to support an annual healthcare insurance re-verification project! We’re seeking reliable, detail-oriented professionals with healthcare benefits experience to help patients verify their insurance coverage for prescription medications. Position Highlights Location: Must live within 50 miles of Bedford/Dallas, TX Duration: December 2026 – March 2027; potential for extension Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift between 7 AM–7 PM CST Work Setup: Remote after onsite equipment pickup Equipment: In-person pickup in The Colony, TX, and return in Bedford, TX

Key Responsibilities

Make high-volume inbound and outbound calls to verify patient insurance information. Communicate professionally with patients, payers, providers, and pharmacies. Accurately document insurance details and verification outcomes. Meet daily productivity and quality targets while collaborating with the team. Protect confidential patient information and follow HIPAA regulations. Resolve basic questions related to the re-verification process. Required Qualifications 1 year of Benefits Verification or Benefits Investigation experience Strong knowledge of insurance benefits, EOBs, deductibles, claims, and payer portals High school diploma or GED Excellent communication, attention to detail, and documentation skills Reliable attendance and ability to meet performance goals Willingness to attend onsite training and pick up/return equipment in person Preferred: Pharmacy PBM/HUB services and call center experience.
