What You’ll Do Connect with individuals and families to discuss available benefits and coverage options. Conduct client appointments virtually or by phone, as applicable. Explain benefit programs clearly and professionally. Build strong relationships through communication, follow-up, and service. Help clients understand their options and make informed decisions. Participate in training, coaching, and professional development. Work toward individual and team performance goals. What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude and a competitive, goal-oriented mindset. Self-motivation, discipline, and accountability. A willingness to learn, accept coaching, and improve. The ability to build trust and connect with people. Sales, customer service, or leadership experience is a plus, but not required. Must meet applicable state licensing requirements for insurance sales.
