Bi-Vocational CEO (BI-CEO™)
Company Description
The IP Superstore is a structured, inventory-based platform that transforms intellectual property and SaaS systems into executable deal flow. Rather than operating as a traditional company, it functions as a controlled asset system managing over 200 assets across seven aisles, including IP licensing, SaaS systems, content and publishing, product concepts, enterprise systems, consumer platforms, and high-value strategic assets. Assets are engineered and positioned with defined pathways such as acquisition, licensing, SaaS deployment, and strategic partnerships, emphasizing precision and readiness for execution. Only selected assets move from internal stock to market-facing shelf, where Chief Asset Officers engage buyers and structure deals. The IP Superstore is evolving toward a broker division model, providing a controlled environment for private, structured deal flow in IP and SaaS at scale. Role Description The Bi-Vocational CEO (BI-CEO™) is a full-time remote executive role responsible for leading The IP Superstore as a controlled asset and deal-flow environment while actively maintaining an additional professional or entrepreneurial vocation. This role oversees strategy across all aisles, guiding Chief Asset Officers in converting shelf inventory into acquisitions, licenses, deployments, and strategic partnerships. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting and refining business and financial plans, supervising operations and asset governance, and ensuring that IP and SaaS assets are structured for high-quality, repeatable deals. The BI-CEO™ will engage with key buyers, operators, and partners, develop and maintain a controlled broker-style deal environment, and coordinate cross-aisle initiatives to align revenue targets, risk management, and compliance. The role also involves building leadership systems, refining playbooks and frameworks, and cultivating a culture of precision, accountability, and execution readiness across a distributed, remote-first organization.
